While standing at the sangam of two rivers Bhagirathi and Alaknanda (tributaries of ganga)
I remarked that one of the river is moving faster and the other one is slower
My friend standing adjacent to me said
"You know the water which is slower and quiet is more deeper "
To which I replied
People who look happy in their demanour often are considered frivolous
But they do have the deepest cuts
It's just then they chose to smile in front of people but cry alone
And it's a very difficult choice to make
Requires courage ,lots of it ...

On Sunday  Evening...doing a Sunday 24 hrs..a child walks in with his son.Child was 8 yr around with a dog bite on leg.The father straightaway demanded Rabivax vaccine.So after examining the child's wound i categorised the wound and prescribed the injection..also explained about the following schedule of other 4 doses. Growing up in middle class family,where parents want to save, sacrificing simple pleasures in life....going out for food,having vacation or buying clothes... Ya rationing the use of coolers,later on the AC's And emphasizing on 'savings' As we grew up, started earning..after a long 6-7 yrs of professional studies...then came a respectable stipend  But...as I look back...I wanted to live my life..go on holidays I missed as a child,buy those branded stuff I missed growing up,and trying different cuisines. But as I grew some sense,I understood the value of money...(Have to admit still in the process) Have to find a middle path for it... Saving is important,rather now investing is important (times have changed from our parents era). But in mayhem of life, having a hectic job in healthcare still winding my head around it....I hope to understand this concept.
